Get Started was set up in 2002 initially to provide a one-stop-shop for busy people, those who wanted a quick introduction to basic computing and accounts, for those who wanted to immediately get started using their PC, but who didn't have time to go to a more formal course.  It was also intended to help those who were starting up in business by getting them 'ready to go' with sample basic word and excel documents, email & internet training and provide basic advice on setting up a business. 

In 2008, I completed a Life & Business Coaching Course and changed the focus of the business to Life & Business Coaching as it fitted in more with my personal strong belief that everyone innately has their own solutions to their own problems, but they may need a little help recognising this. 

Personal

I am interested in recycling and environmental issues and last year I completed a Community Resilience Training Course.
I love reading and am a fan of Terry Pratchett books.
I love walking and being outside in the garden.
I enjoy wine and networking and some more wine.
I am interested in what motivates people - especially those who help organise community events and festivals (From which themselves do not get any commercial benefit)
